To-go packing tips: pack 1/2 avodaco, and hard boiled eggs separate, and chop & mix together at work so you don't risk the avocado going brown.

If you are a coffee drinker, try to get in some protein and fat in before you drink your coffee, or try bullet proof style coffee If you don't plan on eating a full breakfast right away. Some light and easy pre-breakfast options are my nut butter & fruit toast, or a protein smoothie. (Check out recipes list, and search for toasts and power smoothies from the drop down menu.)
