I met Alisha when I was deeply struggling with night shift in the PICU. I was having difficulty sleeping before shifts mainly due to severe anxiety and feeling very foggy at work. Alisha provided wonderful support and guidance during this difficult time and it was very comforting knowing that all my feelings were common amongst new nurses which made me feel less alone. She introduced somatic exercises such as breath work, body scanning, and tapping that helped ease my anxiety. She reassured me that she would meet me where I was that day and speaking with her helped me release emotions that I had at the moment. The Nervous System Reset Method is a 12 week e-based interactive coaching program with a combination of education, community, support, and accountability.

In-depth Consultation

We start with a 60-minute online consultation to review your health history, discuss present needs, map out your health goals, and identify your "why" using the kaimana holistic health model

Integrative Health Plan

Based on the information gathered during your initial consultation, we work together to create an individualized wellness  roadmap to guide you step-by-step towards your wellness goals.

Implementation & Accountability

Throughout the six-month program, we come up with 1-3 actions steps each week, using your "why" and wellness roadmap as our guide. Education, support, and resources provided to help you towards your goals.

Evaluation & Revision

There are various check points in the program where we will evaluate progress towards goals, and revise plans as needed based on what comes up in your life
